Catherine Cambridge rarely does interviews. On the last day of House Cambridge’s tour of Pakistan, we’re getting an interview. Before that though, let’s talk about the last 24 hours, because it was terrifying. Their plane encountered such bad turbulence on the way to Islamabad that they had to abort two landings and return to Lahore. Full Story

It’s a full schedule for Prince William and Catherine today as they continue their tour of Pakistan in Lahore. They were the birthday surprise for kids at SOS Children’s Village where Kate gave a speech and they both participated in storytime. I like the faces Kate’s making as she’s reading. Full Story

It’s time to catch up with Prince Andrew. Even though Prince William and Catherine are in Pakistan dominating British royal headlines this week, and Prince Harry and Meghan Meghan are keeping it low-key until the release of their documentary this weekend, we shouldn’t forget about Andrew, as much as he wants us to. Full Story

So far on their tour of Pakistan, Prince William and Catherine have leaned in hard to the Princess Diana nostalgia which was expected, as Diana made several trips there and was very well received. Several of Kate’s outfits so far on the trip have been subtle or not-so-subtle tributes to her mother-in-law and today, while visiting the mountains in Chitral in northern Pakistan, the Cambridges were presented with coats and a Chitrali hat, which Diana was also gifted with when she was there in 1991. Full Story

Today is International Day of the Girl. The United Nations 2019 theme for International Day of the Girl is GirlForce: Unscripted and Unstoppable. Today, girls’ movements are stopping child marriage, promoting girls’ education, standing up against gender-based violence, demanding action on climate change, tackling issues of self-esteem, and standing up for girls’ rights to enter temples or public spaces during menstruation. Full Story

The Queen returned to London earlier this week after her summer break. She’d probably been hoping to have a quiet one but two buffoons, Boris Johnson and her second son, Prince Andrew, f-cked with that plan. Why aren’t the British tabloids more pissed about the fact that Andrew, with all his shenanigans, is messing with his mother’s peace of mind? Anyway, now that she’s back in the capital, the Queen is working. Full Story

Catherine of House Cambridge is a patron of the National History Museum and she visited today to highlight the wildlife protection work at the Angela Marmont Centre for UK Biodiversity. This is a great outfit. I like the colour combination – oxblood and olive – and I like that she’s been ever so slightly updating her style. Full Story
