Yowza, TMZ just broke that Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox have broken up. Hope this next few months are as peaceful and as stress-free as possible for her.
A few weeks ago, Kate Upton posted an Instagram Story about a child in danger with no context. This week, she clarified her post was about her niece (sister’s daughter), not her husband Justin Verlander and their daughter. Sounds like a desperate situation not helped by social media. In the original post, Kate literally asked people to weigh in by including a feedback box and is now saying people were “mistaken” about who the post was about.
She has over 6 million followers and considering she and her husband have a daughter, I don’t think her followers made an illogical leap.
Apple Martin was the talk of the ball but she wasn’t the only nepo baby there; Nicole Ari Parker’s daughter, Sophie Kodjoe, also made her debut. The profile in PEOPLE is interesting because it talks a bit about the process, including how her name was put forward by a producer from And Just Like That…. It’s all social building blocks. Also, this family is stunningly beautiful.
Jamie Foxx’s new Netflix special is making headlines because it answers a lot of questions people had about his health issues (why people need to the specific ailments, I don’t know!). It also got me thinking that Jamie is an outlier amongst other super-famous comedians because unlike Ellen DeGeneres, Dave Chappelle and Louis C.K., Jamie’s special isn’t focused on cancel culture.
Everyone is Twitter-casting the CEO-murderer as Dave Franco but can I put forth my submission? Come on!
Katie Holmes is keeping me on my toes, first with the Daily Mail post and now with the photo of Blue Ivy. She’s also been responding to people in the comments, so Katie is online this week. Is she friends with the Carter family? I’ve never seen them together but she didn’t just randomly decide to do this without knowing them personally, right? It’s very specific praise. And Katie is exactly the kind of private person who could maybe make it into the inner circle.
