There’s movement in Rhode Island
Where and when are Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce getting married? Two of the biggest gossip questions consuming the ecosystem for months. It wasn’t June 13 in Rhode Island – even though Us Weekly boldly proclaimed it on the cover of the magazine, and have not been clowned enough for it.
It could be July 3 in New York City at Madison Square Garden, which TMZ was the first to report, but there seems to be a lot of skepticism about whether or not that will actually happen since – well, for a lot of reasons: it’s tacky and it doesn’t exactly vibe with the engagement theme or hers, really, apart from the fact that she’s performed there and has cheered on the Knicks.
Now, a new development… there’s movement in Rhode Island. There is activity on the estate. The lights are on, security has been mobilised, her best friend Abigail has been seen there. Other women have also been seen on one of the terraces.
And now TMZ seems to be hedging their bets about what’s happening in Rhode Island and how that might affect what could happen at MSG – the language changed from TNT is getting married at Madison Square Garden to this:
“There is evidence Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will not tie the knot at Madison Square Garden in New York, and there is also evidence something wedding-related is going down at Taylor's massive, seaside Rhode Island mansion.”
OK but for weeks you said that your sources said it was MSG! And now there are question marks all over the place, as TMZ ends their most recent post with a series of possibilities:
“As for what this might be ... well, the MSG celebration is scheduled for July 3rd, although it's feeling like the wedding might take place before that. So, is this a wedding, a bachelorette party, or something else?”
Sounds like they’re not sure where and when, after being so sure about where and when. Is anyone actually sure about any of it? Would Taylor Swift ever allow that to happen?
