Meghan Markle is heading to SXSW. It was announced today she’ll be part of a panel to kick off the festival alongside Katie Couric and Brooke Shields. Meghan, of course, will take up a lot of attention but for me, if I were going, I’d be most excited about the fourth panelist: Nancy Yuen, sociologist and author of Reel Inequality: Hollywood Actors and Racism, a work that is often cited in discussions about the lack of diversity in the entertainment industry.
