TNT’s secret Times Square wedding message

Continuing to fuel Manhattan wedding rumors, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were at dinner in New York over the weekend. Specifically, Times Square. The way the wedding rumor machine has been working, every appearance Taylor makes is a coded hint about The Wedding. We must study the texts to learn the secrets of The Wedding. If I am decoding the secret messages correctly, the ceremony will be at Madison Square Garden, and the reception will be at the Times Square Olive Garden. The event planning is clearly being done by Guy Fieri.

I actually googled “Taylor Swift new stylist?” because once again, I find myself liking Taylor’s outfit. The dress is ID’d as Ralph Lauren, it’s velvet and a very dark purple/wine color, and I am super into the gold lariat necklace. For the record, Taylor is still working with Joseph Cassell.

It’s Nineties vibes contained a little bit by the shoe choice, a stiletto sandal. For true Nineties style, that dress would be paired with Docs, but again I like this whole outfit, and the shoes are not embarrassing (they’re not great but they’re not tragic, either). Taylor is on a bit of a style streak, which maybe bodes well for her wedding style, though no one is topping Mario Ho and Ming Xi’s wedding in France.

Also in Taylor news from the weekend, Page Six has a story about the (alleged but seems legit) friendship breakup of Taylor and Keleigh Teller. Apparently, Keleigh was turned off by the “dragon” talk from Blake Lively revealed during the Justin Baldoni lawsuit(s). That seems kind of…why end a friendship over how someone else talks about your mutual friend? That seems like an excuse, not a reason.

It is verifiable that Keleigh Teller has not been seen publicly with Taylor since 2024. It does seem like their friendship cooled off. But the Page Six story frames it as all Blake Lively’s fault, when Keleigh Teller’s schedule is dictated by Miles Teller’s work, they live primarily on the west coast, and maybe, I don’t know, she and Taylor just drifted apart? It does happen. Maybe there was a specific personal reason for the cooling off of their friendship, I’m just not prepared to blame Blake Lively for every damn thing, especially when Taylor is on like her third famous friend group.

In other Taylor news, the chair she sat in at game 3 of the Knicks vs. Cleveland Cavaliers series sold at auction for $7,000. Travis’s chair went for $1,405 and Timothee Chalamet’s chair from game 4 of the same series went for $1,202. Not sure what it says about Timmy that Travis Kelce’s chair brought in more cash. Maybe just that the kind of sports fan who buys a game-used celebrity chair at an auction is more interested in professional athletes than actors. Maybe we don’t have to make this a thing. Kind of funny, though.
