Celebrities at fashion week is a staple but some are more exciting than others. Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons attended the Dior show and this is interesting because Dior has contracts with actresses but Kirsten Dunst is not one of them. And I do not hope this is the beginning of an exclusive relationship because she’s had such a fruitful relationship with Rodarte and sometimes these exclusive fashion house contracts can really stifle individual style. And Kirsten has a lot of individual style. (Pictured below is Dior ambassador Anya Taylor-Joy.)

Drew Barrymore is part of the pop culture fabric and has had several eras as an actress and now her work as a talk show host is way beyond a vanity gig. She captures everyone from the Zillenials online (clips often go viral) to Boomers who watch daytime TV. There’s a uniqueness to her career that is unmatched.

Jeremy Renner continues to heal in hospital after a very scary accident. He seems to be in good spirits and is updating social media along the way.

Some person with a printer and too much time on their hands dropped some flyers around LA calling for the cancellation of Alba Baptiste (Chris Evans’s girlfriend). Weirdo behaviour for sure but the fans are taking it too far in many ways. There are sh-t-talking comments under a photo of Dodger. Dogs are like kids. Off limits.

Hailey Bieber is someone who gets a lot of vitriol online but she’s also pretty influential in terms of fashion and skin care. The glazed look (skin and nails), the Erewhon smoothie, the Princess Diana-influenced streetwear (like bike shorts and sweats) have been driven by Hailey. I suspect the new cut will also be in-demand soon.

Lingerie-inspired gowns seem to be back, first with JLo in Giambatista Valli (love this on her) and Lana Condor in Rodarte. There was also the lace strip added to Margot Robbie’s vintage Versace. Three makes a trend?
